Who is this mysterious salty barnacle? I'm both an artist and a marine scientist. While my paintings usually involve careful planning, research, sketches, and layers of tiny details, I've long dabbled in the form of mail art as a way to let loose, experiment with techniques and ideas, and above all connect with other mail artists who have the same love of postage, ephemera, hand carved stamps, and fun-filled mailboxes as I.
